HRG - Privacy Policy

1. HRG collects personal information as necessary for its travel functions and activities.
   
2. HRG collects information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way.
   
3. HRG makes individuals aware that:
   • The information will be used for the purposes of travel related activities only, and
   • That he or she is able to gain access to the information.
     
4. Wherever reasonable and practical, HRG collects information about the individual only from that individual.
   
5. Upon request by an individual, HRG will disclose personal information it holds, the purpose/s for which it holds the information, and how it collects, holds, uses and discloses the information on said individual who has made the request.
   
6. HRG will not disclose personal information about an individual other than for travel related business.
   
7. HRG will disclose information if it reasonably believes that the use or disclosure is necessary to prevent: a serious and imminent threat to an individual’s life, health or safety; or a serious threat to public health and/or public safety.
   
8. HRG will disclose information if it has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in and uses or disclosures of the personal information is necessary as part of the investigation.
   
9. HRG will disclose the information if it is required or authorized by or under law.
   
10. In respect to sensitive personal information such as information relating to health matters, HRG will obtain consent from the client as to the collection and proposed use and disclosure of the information.
